About the book
"Fat - Chance to heal?" - The Vibration Series Pt. I
The book was written under the pseudonym "Walt Satyre", which is both an anagram of "Salty Water" (an important storage medium of energetic information) and a phonetic equivalent of "World Satire" (hinting at the fact that our world is not what it seems). My goal with it was to offer guidance about diet, how to regain good health through learning about vibration, and how it influences everything that happens in our body as we eat and live.
While it could potentially be helpful to everyone, the individuals who may get the most out of it are those who have been eating either a standard, high-carb diet and suffered from excessive weight gain, constant food cravings, or detrimental health conditions because of it, or those who tried more new-agey diets like veganism or fruitarianism and ruined their health that way. It teaches exactly how and why to correct dietary extremes.
The book is focused on animal-based eating with a rather high percentage of fat in the diet. Please note, however, that I am in no way saying that a high-carb, a vegetarian or even a vegan diet is wrong if it works for you long-term. The book is merely aiming to show one way to better health, which is not the only way, and quite possibly not the right way for everyone. It explains a lot that you won't find anywhere else, however. Is all of it spot on? Who knows? I let you be the judge of that.
In my diet & health coaching I am completely open to recommending other types of diets based on the requirements of each individual, and depending on what I am guided to. Personally, I switch diets as needed, always allowing the body to eat what it requires to function optimally, and never putting restrictive thoughts and opinions, current fads or moralistic viewpoints above the body's inherent intelligence.
The book can be purchased through Amazon, and it is also on Kindle Unlimited. So if you have a KU membership it is basically available for free. In order to help others find this information, I would appreciate it if you leave a favourable review on Amazon, if in fact you found the book helpful.
